By using this website and purchasing products from Watersports South Pacific you and/or the purchaser (“The Customer”), agree to the following terms and conditions:
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm weekdays the same day. 48-72 HOUR DELIVERY for New Zealand North and South Island on all products. Orders placed after 3pm weekdays will be dispatched the next working day, Orders placed after 3pm Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday except when that Monday is a Public Holiday and thus orders will dispatch on Tuesday.
Our couriers will endeavour to deliver on time but adverse weather conditions are out of our control and may cause delays. If the product is delivered damaged please contact us immediately and we will follow up with the courier firm. Should Watersports South Pacific make an error when addressing the package we will cover the cost of re-delivery, however should the customer provide us with an incorrect delivery address the customer will be responsible for this cost.
We carry huge stocks, if any items are out of stock we will notify you by email of the expected delay and give you an alternative, or of course refund you.
International customers please contact us for shipping costs, shipping details published are for New Zealand North and South Island deliveries only.

SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE, we have tried to keep it simple and easy as we know internet shopping can be a scary place.
If you have purchased the wrong size or are unhappy with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 14 days with the purchase receipt in a resalable unused condition with any tags or stickers still on the product and we will exchange for the correct size, alternative product, or simply refund you. Please note when a purchase of a sale/clearance item is made that has attracted a specified shipping amount the specified shipping amount is non-refundable. If no shipping amount is specified a full refund will be given. Any refund will be made back to the method of payment it came from i.e. Paypal etc
All we ask, you cover the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us and we will cover the cost of re-sending you the alternative product(s)

2) Package the product well, so that it arrives back to us in the resalable condition as stated above
3) Enclose Proof of Purchase
4) All done within the agreed time frame

Watersports South Pacific has the right to refuse the sale or supply of any product where we deem appropriate. Every effort will be made to supply you with your order, however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cleared payment is required prior to us shipping orders.
All Credit Card transactions take place in a fully secure shopping cart environment. Once the transaction has been processed the card details are removed from our system. We do not keep any credit card details on file.
Watersports South Pacific gives its customers the option to pay using internet banking and direct crediting the money directly into our account. If the Customer credits money to an incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer, then Watersports South Pacific will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
Back Orders – If there is any unexpected delay of the product, you will be notified by email. An estimated date of departure will be given and you will have the right to cancel your order.
While we make all efforts to check pricing and product availability and endeavour to eliminate all other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Watersports South Pacific reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors. We thank you for your understanding in such matters.
