About our LESSONS:

Stand up paddling is such a versatile sport allowing you to get out and enjoy the ocean whatever the conditions. We can take you from your first strokes to dropping into your first waves.

We operate 7 days a week and our main locations is Takapuna Beach.

We offer:

Private Lesson – NZ$50/hour

We will meet you at the beach ready to go. We customize based on your ability and what you are looking to achieve. All the gear is provided.  We can take you from your first strokes to dropping into your first waves.

Group lesson – NZ$30 per person/hour

(minimum 4 people)

Bring along your mates and have a go together.

SUP Fitness & Yoga Classes

NZ$ 40 including SUP hire / NZ$20 with your own SUP

The SUP Fitness & Yoga challenges and intensifies even the most basic of fitness moves, improving balance, core stability, strength and the cardiovascular system.

Level: beginner to intermediate

No yoga or SUP experience required

Book at any time a PRIVATE Class for your group of friends.
